We charge $85 to do a complete safety inspection of your fireplace and chimney. If at that time we determine your unit needs to be cleaned our total cleaning/inspection charges are $160 for a 1 story home and $175 for a 2 story.
What separates us from our competitors is our main goal is to inspect the safety of your chimney, then only clean if it needs it. We are fully certified and follow the standards set by the Chimney Safety Institute of America (www.csia.org).
